1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the MailArmour Chrome extension or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the extension and discontinue use of our service immediately.

2. Description of Service

MailArmour provides inbox security tools to identify phishing attempts, analyze email sender details, perform domain age checks, flag suspicious redirecting links, and compile email analysis reports inside your browser client. The analysis is performed by transferring email metadata to our secure cloud server using Anthropic Claude.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

We offer two service levels for our users:

  • Free Shield: Restricts active inbox security checks to a limit of 10 scans per lifetime/installation. Features include Hindi localization, standard sender validation, and basic attachment check.
  • Pro Shield: Unlocks unlimited inbox scans, access to domain age check, whitelisting, history logs of up to 50 scans, and exports (PDF, CSV, JSON reports).

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Pro subscriptions are purchased via authorized third-party checkout services (Lemon Squeezy, UPI etc.).

  • Payments are processed securely under the terms of the merchant processor.
  • Refund Policy: We offer a simple and honest refund period. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use MailArmour solely for personal or authorized business security scans. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the extension, overload the analysis server, bypass free tier limits, or input malicious payloads. You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your license key.

6. Limitation of Liability

MailArmour is a supportive assistant designed to flag common security hazards and anomalies. It does not replace independent security audits or cybersecurity practices. We do not guarantee 100% phishing detection accuracy. MailArmour is provided "as is", and we are not liable for any security breaches, data loss, or system vulnerabilities that occur while using the service.

7. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to refine features, adjust tier offerings, change scan limits, or modify API server configurations to improve service quality. Whenever material changes are introduced, we will update the version number and notify users via release changelogs or web updates.
